An innovative hospitality management company with a different perspective.
After years working with a number of management companies, dozens of investors and ownership groups, we saw a fundamental need to change how hotels are managed.
The problem with the way typical approaches to fundamentals like HMA’s and technology were not meeting the needs of todays owners, investors and guests.
Management companies have used this to build their own brands.
This was especially evident during downturns, when high overhead, non-negotiable programs and philosophies took priority over bottom line results.
We’ve rethought what it means to be a hospitality company by addressing the pain points of today’s owners and guests, leveraging technology and leveling the playing field between owners and managers.
That’s why we launched a simple and straightforward hotel management agreement based on profit, not revenue. Meaning we only get paid if you do.
We’ve also leveraged the technological advances in the short term rental industry to dramatically reduce overhead and operational complexity in traditional hotels.
We’re passionate believers in the power of great hospitality experiences to bring people together to achieve their goals. By pushing the envelope, we continue to find value and improve both the owner and guest experience.

Adam Knight
Founder & Principal
A hospitality veteran and operations expert, Adam brings 25 years experience across luxury hotel brands like Fairmont and St. Regis, and has led corporate operations for independent hotel companies in San Francisco and Seattle. He has lived and worked all over North America and the Caribbean. He loves the left brain/right brain dichotomy of the hospitality industry. One minute you’re diving into a P&L, the next you’re tasting the new seasonal menu in the restaurant. His passion lies in understanding how things work and making them better, be it small service experiences or large-scale project management.
Adam is the Creator and Host of The Proven Principles Hospitality Podcast, Co-Founder of Recreation Vacation Rentals, and was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Powerful People in US Hospitality.
